What Happened

  • Incident Cause: The service interruption was caused by a major, global outage of the Cloudflare Global Network, a critical internet infrastructure provider that we (and many other major online services) utilize for security and content delivery.

  • Timeframe: The issue began around 11:48 UTC.

  • Impact: Customers may have experienced slow loading times, intermittent access issues, or generic β€œ500 Internal Server Errors” when trying to reach Docupilot.

Cloudflare engineers have now fully implemented a fix, and we have confirmed that our services have recovered and are operating normally. We are continuing to monitor all systems closely to ensure full stability.
