We’ve rolled out several exciting new features, critical fixes, and security enhancements in 2024. Here’s a summary of what’s new in Docupilot:

- AI-powered Template Creation – Quickly generate document templates with help of AI powered template builder.
- Support for Multiple Languages – Docupilot’s interface is now available in Arabic, German, English, Spanish, French, Hebrew, and Dutch.
- Easier Collaboration – Invite team members to work on templates together.
- More options for Email Delivery – Previously, emails could only be sent from our no-reply address or the email associated with your account. Now, you can send emails from any address of your choice. Simply verify ownership using DNS-based domain validation or configure SMTP credentials to send emails via your own mail server. - More formats supported for Dynamic Images – HEIC & HEIF images can now be inserted into your documents dynamically, eliminating the need to convert them to JPEG or PNG.
- Support for Append PDF API – Use our new Append PDF API to create a single PDF document from multiple PDF documents.
Templating Features
- Insert Dynamic Images in Excel Templates – Automatically add images to Excel documents based on your data.
- New Excel Table Styles – Excel tables now support more complex use-cases. Previously, only one row could be repeated in tables. Now, multiple rows can be repeated, including nested tables, calculations and images.
- Insert Rich Text into Word Documents – Added support for inserting rich text that contains elements formatted as Headings, Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, Underline and Bullets. This data can be sent as Markdown or HTML content.
- Aggregate data in templates – to calculate aggregate values of data from an array of items. For example, to calculate sum of quantity x price of all line items. See how aggregate functionality works.
- Repeat Slides – Repeat a slide inside your PowerPoint presentation, just like repeating a page in a Word document.

Security Enhancements
